This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.reuserobot.co.uk ("Reuse Robot"). Reuse Robot is a trading name of TJS Exports Limited.

We aim to keep shipping simple, fast, and transparent.

1. Shipping Method

All standard orders are shipped using:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

This is a tracked service with a delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 working day of purchase
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Processing time refers to the time taken to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Delivery time begins once the order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is provided on all standard orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24

There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

4. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched
  • You can track your delivery using the Royal Mail tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email

5. Delivery Times

  • Delivery aims are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods or adverse weather

6. Collection from Stoke-on-Trent

Local collection is available by prior arrangement only.

  • Collection address: Stoke-on-Trent (details provided after order confirmation)
  • Collections must be arranged in advance
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection

Please do not arrive for collection without confirmation.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
