This model features a stainless steel bezel, fibre-reinforced polymer case, a large 1.4-inch sunlight-readable display, and Garmin’s Power Glass™ solar charging lens. The larger 6X design provides an expanded screen and increased battery capacity, while solar charging can help extend battery life during outdoor use.
As part of Garmin’s Pro Solar series, the Fenix 6X Pro Solar includes the full Pro feature set, giving you preloaded maps, music storage, Wi-Fi connectivity, PacePro™ pacing guidance, advanced navigation, detailed performance analytics, and solar-assisted battery performance.

Battery performance
The Fenix 6X Pro Solar is designed for long-duration GPS activities, with the largest battery capacity in the Fenix 6 range and solar charging support to help extend use during outdoor activities.
Battery performance is assessed using a standard GPS activity test. The GPS Activity Duration option shows what type of GPS activities this specific watch is best suited for on a single charge.
Note: GPS activity duration refers to active GPS tracking only. Normal smartwatch use, including time display, notifications, health tracking, and step tracking, lasts much longer between charges. Solar charging performance depends on light exposure, usage settings, GPS mode, sensors, and backlight use.
